Sugire moves to 300ft above H10 and lays down a Major Image atop the target location. It doesn't really seem like anything has changed at all to the rest of you though.

Yuuta floats silently to the ground in H10, his feet seemingly ghosting above the ground. He then calmly stabs the guard in the neck.

Perception: 1d20+14=18
Stealth: 1d20+40=44 (+20 from invis)

Attack: 1d20+22=26
Damage: 48 + 6 if it's shadowy illumination or less

AC: 42 if I hit, 36 if I didn't.

( oh yeah, I forgot, but there's a torch on each side of the gateway and at various other places labelled on the map. Each of the patrol squads is also carrying at least one torch with them ).

The ashigaru watchman was a little drowsy and looking rather dazed as the invisible Yuuta stabed his blade straight into the throat. As blood flowed out from both his neck and his mouth, the ashigaru collapsed onto the ground before he could make a sound.

Yumi scans the scene below for any signs that the assault team has been noticed, but takes no other actions.

Rainer moves down next to the door, and looks to make sure that the rest of the team is ready to move in. He looks to see if the door is locked (but doesn't open it). If it is, he looks to Yuuta to see if the guard has the key.

(I don't have access to the map so put me one square to the side of the door, wherever that is.)

While Yuuta and Rainer fiddle with the door, Terasaka begins casting Wall of Stone, to form on the outer edge of the rectangle formed by H8:K11.

( GM: Given that the north side is already the face of a castle wall you can link up with, you can build a 5ft-tall wall in a single casting )

Shigeru remains where he is, surveying the area around E5.

Shigeru could see a shadow wavering, or was it moving slightly? It's hard to tell from this distance.

As far as anyone in the team can tell, none of the enemies have noticed their presence yet. Except for the dead one, but he's not telling anybody...

Sugire continues concentrating on the illusion...

Terasaka could hear the muffled sounds of someone trying to quietly cast a spell, but he couldn't quite hear the exact words...
