Note that in the current setting, you can only play Fiendblooded, Human, or Spiritfolk as a native of the country. Your character may be an Elf, Half-Elf, or Half-Monstrous only if they are a foreigner from the west...

RACES

Racial Bonuses
You may treat your racial bonus to skills as effective ranks for the purpose of meeting prerequisites.

CHANGELING
Creature Type: Humanoid
Adaptability (Ex): You gain either +1 Skill Point at each level or a level-unspecified bonus feat (which may be retrained at higher levels to take feats with higher requirements).
Alter Form (Su): As a standard action, you may adjust your physical appearance. This functions as the Disguise Self spell, except with no duration limitations and the changes are physical rather than merely a illusion(glamer) effect. When using this ability, you may also add a +2 circumstantial bonus to two social interaction skills (bluff, diplomacy, impression, intimidate); this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the chosen skill (max +6 at rank 20).
Base Language: any one.

ELVES
Creature Type: Humanoid
+2 Dexterity, -2 Vitality, +1 Intelligence
Focused Mind (Ex): +2 Racial to Concentration checks. If you have at least 3 ranks in Concentration, whenever you use 'Take 10' or 'Take 20' in a skill check, you may add +1 to the check result (effectively 'Take 11/21'). These bonuses increases by +1 every 5 ranks you have in Concentration (max +6 and 'Take 15/25' at rank 20).
Keen Senses (Ex): +2 Racial to Perception and Sense Motive checks; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20).
Low-Light Vision (Ex): You may see twice as far as normal in low-light conditions.
Racial Familiarity (Ex): You may treat any tool or weapon with the word 'elven' in its name as non-exotic and therefore does not require an exotic proficiency talent to use without penalty.
Base Language: Elven

FIENDBLOODED
Creature Type: Humanoid (Evil)
+2 Vitality, +1 Intelligence, -2 Wisdom, -2 Resolve, +3 Affinity
Darkvision (Su): You can view your surroundings in black and white with no light source at all, out to a range of 60ft; this range increases by 30ft for every 5 ranks you have in Perception (max 180ft at rank 20).
Deceptive Nature (Ex): +2 Racial to Bluff and Stealth checks; this bonus increases by +1 every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20).
Improved Resilience (Ex): You gain Improved Resilience [Feat] and Improved Toughness [Talent] for free, even if you do not meet their prerequisites.
Natural Magic (Su): +2 Racial to Knowledge[Arcana]; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20). You also gain Arcane Magic Proficiency [Talent] for free, even if you do not meet its prerequisites. You may learn arcane spells with learning DC25 or above as if you have 3 ranks in Knowledge[arcana].

HALF-ELVES
Creature Type: Humanoid
+1 Dexterity, -1 Vitality
Adaptability (Ex): You gain either +1 Skill Point at each level or a level-unspecified bonus feat (which may be retrained at higher levels to take feats with higher requirements).
Elf Blood (Ex): You count as both elven and human for any effect related to race.
Intuitive (Ex): You gain Jack of All Trades [Feat] as a free talent (see 'Feat as Talent' under the Feat or Talent section). At level ten, you gain a +1 bonus to all skill checks; this bonus increases to +2 at level twenty. You may substitute Intuitive for Jack of All Trades for the purpose of meeting prerequisites. If you also take Jack of All Trades as a feat, the bonuses of the two stacks.
Keen Senses (Ex): +2 Racial to Perception and Sense Motive checks; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20).

HALF-MONSTROUS

-2 Intelligence, -2 Charisma
Powerful Build (Ex): You gain +6 bonus, distributed amongst the four physical ability scores. No single ability score may receive a bonus higher than +2. You receive another +1 bonus to one physical ability score every 5 levels (max +10 total at level 20).
Feral Demeanor (Ex): +2 Racial to Intimidate checks; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20). You also gain Frightful Glare [Feat] for free, even if you do not meet its prerequisites.
Keen Senses (Ex): +2 Racial to Perception and Sense Motive checks; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20).
Wild Instinct (Ex): +2 Racial to Survival checks; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in the skill (max +6 at rank 20).
Base Language: any one.

HUMANS
Creature Type: Humanoid
Adaptability (Ex): You gain +1 Skill Point at each level and a level-unspecified bonus feat (which may be retrained at higher levels to take feats with higher requirements).
Base Language: any one.

SPIRITFOLK
Creature Type: Humanoid (Spirit)
-2 Vitality, +1 Wisdom, +3 Affinity
Empathy (Su): +2 Insight to Sense Motive against living creatures; this bonus increases by +1 for every 5 ranks you have in Sense Motive (max +6 at rank 20). If you have at least 3 ranks in Sense Motive, you may detect a creature's emotions after making direct skin contact with them and concentrating for 1 round, which then doubles your Sense Motive bonus and adds the normal bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy, Handle Animal, Impression, and Intimidate for as long as you maintain contact and concentration.
Low-Light Vision (Ex): You may see twice as far as normal in low-light conditions.

Terrain Affinity (Ex): You gain Terrain Expert [Talent] for free with any one type other than urban or underground, even if you do not meet the prerequisites. This determines what type of spirit you're descended from. At level ten, you receive Terrain Expert a second time for the same terrain type you selected, increasing its bonus to +5.
