Ahh...Dai? d20 sneak attack is scary. Heck, even d12 is bad enough. Sneak dishes enough damage (when it can be used and is actually effective...fucking heavy fort) that it doesn't need that kind of boost. Remember that the only current sneak-size-up is the one that lets you do d8s vs evil that Seamus had...

well, except Seamus had fortification penetration. I don't think there's an equivalent of that anymore. Thus any sneakie whose too focused on damage (dumping epic feats into this) will fight themselves seriously shorthanded against all the high lvl chars with immunity to crits.

That's always been the issue with epic (or any reasonably high-level) sneak-based characters: they can be completely negated by a nonepic armor ability, lots of spells, or one of several monster types. Frankly, if you're after boosting sneak, take a look at Dungeonscape's Penetrating Strike as a guide and give them some way to do even a little damage to those with immunity to crits, rather than boosting their damage against everything else.

I like Kreuzritter (and would love to play one sometime...), though I would remove the ability to weave level 6 spells. There's a reason War Weaver doesn't get that, after all, and part of it is Heal.
