Also Retconned back to the 28th...

Following the arrival of the new items. Derovarr sends a request for enough power cells and to cover the command squads of the major field officers (including his), all three crusader companies, and to get an estimate on a version for the airships...

After Blackbog Raid, the Airindale analysis collects some information from both the Naralans at Skorlungaer, the Misalins at Blackbog, and the info that the Kharva Citadels have acquired and made up the following list on most effective attacks against Metaacs:
Metaacs have four layers of defenses - point-defense (lasers and countermissiles), shields, anti-magic field, and armor.
Point-Defense : reacts to all projectiles and orbs, ineffective against exceptionally large project (like huge rocks), completely unreactive towards rays.
Shields : reacts to some projectiles but not others, but does react against all elemental attacks. Pure magic or divine(damage) magic is most reliable at penetrating this.
AMF : the answer is obvious - conjuration/creation type spells.
Armor : Metaacs is probably one of the least properly armored of all Imperium vehicles, thus this only delays the damage for a bit and won't do anything to deflect heavy damage.

The Metaacs' forward shield generator is usually located on the left arm, but is also the reason why almost all Metaacs carry a shield on the left arm. Combined with the cannon which takes up much of the arm, this makes the shield generator a particularly well covered target.
Metaacs' main sensors are mostly located on the head. They are capable of fighting even without their head, but at a significantly degraded effectiveness.
Of course, the best way to engage a Metaac is obviously from the rear, where many of their components such as the flight array and the engine are vulnerable. The cockpit is the only armored module on the rear, carried on the upper back directly behind the head. However, Metaac maneuverability is the highest amongst Imperial vehicles and can turn about with virtually no effort.

Kilar gives the Blackbog command another piece of good news... well hopefully good, depending on how much one can make use of it.

With most of Naralan's war preparations ready, he managed to pull some favors and get someone to 'lend' him one of the massive Naralan artificing foundry's production for one day - they'll make whatever the Misalinians need for, but of course it must be paid for (50% for unique creations, mass production costs slowly go down 1% for addition sets until reach minimum of 5%). The foundry is one of their newest and capable of crafting about 2,000,000gps of equipment per day when running at full power.

Also, it might seem somewhat late, but the Prismatic Shield generator for Blackbog should be ready by late tomorrow (June 1st), alongside the Spell-Shield generators Derovarr ordered. Unfortunately the Naralans equipped their own forces first, seeing as their relative lack of elite response squads makes them most vulnerable to raids; and then equipped the Airindalians, since they're research partners and they're obligated to by contract. No one expected the Imperium to make an attack just a day prior [DM's Note: That includes me, the orc lair raid caused them to pull the trigger earlier than I planned]. The Naralans express their apologies on the matter. Actually Kilar believes it's one of the reasons they're agreed to lend the foundry for a day.

Derovarr requests an estimate of the cost to repair the damage to the Radiance and Vindicator's weapons and other on-board systems, also wants estimates for the cost of ground base defenses. Specifically Force Missile Batteries and "Orb Guns" that could be used to fortify the defenses of the keep.

Furthermore, he requests that an extra power pack be purchased for each of the remaining crusaders, for those in the command squads who only have one, and for enough generators and dual powerpacks to be made for the Warmagi.

The full set of extra power packs and generator setups for the half warmage company will cost about 1million from the warloan

( most of these costs have already been reduced to one extent or another courtesy of component mass production )

So currently on the account you got: ~9million remaining for Naralan's war loan, ~8million (5+4-1) from recent dragon horde loots...

Naralan's says they have the components for the Sky Galleons available, and they'll send over a repair team for rapid repair which will be completely before June 2nd. The costs will be ~3million, which they'll charge to the war loan should you agree (however the new Rune Cannons will not have sacred upgrade like the Retribution does). Furthermore, as an additional service to the package, their team will be able to install the extra shield generators you ordered (implying those left extra due to loss of Crusaders) to cover the turrets of the three Sky Galleons.

For Keep defenses, Naralan has two things they'd offer :
Force Missile Batteries - same kind as on Airship, w/ Shields: 200,000gps each
Staff-Gattling Turrets - same kind as on Airship, w/ Shields: 100,000gps each
The Keep has 12 Outer Wall Towers, 5 Inner Keep Towers ( and about 17 other lesser emplacement positions if you want to use ).

Derovarr places the order for the Warmagi, and sends word to all of our crafting sources put any orders the Warmagi make themselves in higher priority before everyone but The Command Squads.

(Are the costs given for the battery/gattling units listed at discount or unmodified?)

( that's FINAL costs to-be-charged... - were you seriously thinking that the original costs would be only 200k for something like those batteries <_< )

(Does it ever hurt to ask? >___>)

Derovarr also requests that the Tactical Spell Section be added into the requests for Generators and Dual Power Packs.

Derovarr also wishes to know what the best size for a crew is to operate each "siege" weapon.

Operating each of the weapons takes only one person, although sometimes It's suggested to have a backup gunner. The Staff-Gattlings can also operate longer with more people to fill in the expended spell charges, but team of support sizes is purely optional.

Requests:
6 Missile Batteries for the Inner Walls
6 Missile Batteries for the Outer Walls
5 Staff Gatlings on the Inner walls
(total: 2.3mil)

Also, by the Mandate of High Command, all members or leaders of a command squad shall receive the following:
50,000gp to spend on the crafting of unique items (Ex: Gloves of Wraithstrike, Boots of Dex +4 and Evasion, etc...)
100,000gp to be spent on items that are pre-made and/or battle supplies (staves, wands, rods, etc).

Notes:
Derovarr abstains from 100,000gp grant.
Each Central Command Squad member (that's us, folks), will receive 65,000gp instead of 100,000gp.

DM Edit:
Updating Balances : ~6million remaining in Treasury + ~6million remaining in Naralan War Loans
