added auto-succeed concentration check to 3AP use...

furthermore, I'm not going to penalize anyone this battle for it, but after this battle Heroic Surge will be modified to 1/week use, not 1/day.

How does Heroic Surge interact with Mind Blank/other mind-affecting immune abilities, anyway? Heroic Surge says you become Fanatic and lose it if you drop below Fanatic, but Mind Blank prevents Fanatic in the first place...

modified to you lose the benefits if your morale drops below normal (shaken or worse) instead of dropping below fanatical. This way mind blank still gains the AP ability, just not the auto-fanatical.

spell banned: Astral Projection
never noticed it but that spell is probably more broken than Time Stop. Whatever was WOTC thinking when they made it... the spell pretty much allows a lvl9 capable caster & party to engage in combat without risking their real bodies by projecting themselves and creating a fake body. The only threat being gith silver blades isn't that much of a threat, unless gith are suddenly everywhere in the Astral Plane (which they're certainly not for Penthiae).
