Thesis idea sounds fine to me; although when you make ingame submissions to university I expect some proper citations xD (so the GM can actually look up what the idea is based off of)

Dragonmark Focus, Dragonmark Rod, Dragonmark Scepter, Dragonshard Reservoir, Enlarge Channeling Rod, Everbright/Everburning Lantern, Infinite Scrollcase, Prospector's Rod -- all accepted.

Savant Crystal: heck no. That thing is way too cheap. Seeing as a Pathfinder pocketwatch is 250gps and that's but one of the functions it offers (cantrip at will as another function and still 25gps? just no). Also, cost estimate breakdown is a requirement for any custom magic item approval =P

Spells:
Repair Spells -- of course; and yes you can add to Occultist spell list
Sudden Aegis -- approved but no you cannot add it to Occultist spell list; because only wiz/magus gets it and the Occultist is not a purpose-built combat mage class.
Ancient Knowledge -- no; way too high bonus compared to PF knowledge spells (and it's immediate? hell no). is already close in concept; you can add that to Occultist spell list though.
