Cernandlon reads the tentacle-disturbed winds, and attempts to shoot through the tentacles to hit T4 and T1.

Henric stays on his side of the pillar, still injured (45/71), but shifts over to the corner to lob a blob of acid at T1, the only visible target (Lesser Orb of Acid).

Attack: 1d20+9=24 touch
Damage: 4d8+8=24 acid

Both arrows strike T4 but he miraculously manages to not fall over. T1 takes the acid hit but is still looking ok.

T1 attempts to wriggle out of the grapple but fails
T2 waits for T4 to act then drops it's crossbow and draws a rapier, attacking Daveed but strikes his shield.
T3 Climbs back up th rope to 50ft (just below the bridge top) and draws a light crossbow.
T4 moves up behind Daveed and draws a rapier.
T5 circles P1 and pulls out a crossbow to shoot Henric and also misses.
T6 manages to escape the grapple by wriggling out of the tentacles grasp and then circles around, drawing a crossbow.
T7 fails to escape the tentacles
T8 circles around P4 and draws a rapier.

Epicette Daveed and Malorix are up.

The tentacles continue to smother the tiefling's <censored> parts...

Grapple checks / damage dealt if grappled (1d6+4):
T1: 8+15+5 = 28; 5 damage
T7: 15+15+5 = 35; 9 damage

(deals no damage if the grapple check fails; but they're still grappled and need a check vs CMD30 to break free)

Epicette moves into range and pops a Slumber Hex on T3 to send him down 50ft to the ground and back into the tentacles' embrace...

Grapple: 11+15 = 26; 9 damage

Daveed, having used his shield to block the attacks, carries through with the momentum to deliver a terrifying thrust to T2; followed by another, slightly less terrifying one.

As much as Malorix would love to shoot T8 a one-liner about his being bigger, Henric is still hurt. So he gets another CMW (6+4+8=18 hp restored).

All grapple checks succeed, T3 falls, takes damage, and wakes up in the loving embrace of edritch horrors. None of the tieflings succumb to their wounds yet.

Both of Daveeds attacks hit T2 but she is still up.

Malorix's heal goes off without issue.

A mage looking tiefling floats over the edge of the bridge and notices epicette and Cernandlon and hurls a fireball at them for 29 Fire damage (Ref save for half). The mage has no visibly obvious mode of flight so it is easily assumed to be a spell of some kind.

Henric and Cernandlon are up.

Henric is feeling much better now, and takes a step back so he can blast T8 in the face with some acid (Scorching Ray).

Attack 1: 1d20+10=23 touch
Damage 1: 4d6+6=22 acid

If ray 1 kills T8, ray 2 goes after T5.

Attack 2: 1d20+10=15 touch
Damage 2: 4d6+6=18 acid

T8 takes a hit from the first acid ray but the second goes wide.

Cernandlon's arrow catches the caster right in the shoulder and he howls in pain.


ROUND 7:

T1 and T3 manage to break out of the tentacles grip but T7 struggles uselessly.

T1 manages to get out of the tentacles area of influence and it looks like T3 is about to as well but just as his arms and torso break free of the zone, he is pulled back in. His move provokes an AoO from Cernandlon (resolved in chat, missed)

T2 and T4 both try to stab Daveed with their rapiers but T4 appears to be going blind with bloodloss and it's throwing off T2's attacks. Both miss.

T5 and T6 both load their crossbows and shoot at Epicette, T5 seems to have forgotten how to load a crossbow properly as he shoots himself in the thigh as he's loading it. T6 however has his shit together and hits Epicette for 5 [piercing][magic] damage (Crit threat did not confirm).

T8 tries to stab at Henric but stumbles from dodging the acid ray and stabs himself in the foot.

Hurting badly but intent on taking out the biggest threat, Epicette flies up to the bottom of the bridge, takes cover behind the Pillar vs T5, and casts Mythic Sleep Hex on the mage (Bar) to send him plunging into the tentacles below.

T7: 17+15 = 32; 1d6+4 = 10 damage

Malorix takes a step back and channels to heal teh good guys. (he can get everyone from there. I think.) (4+2+5+5=16 hp restored)
