You hear a thump as Radiance connects with something which then slumps to the ground. A pool of red liquid starts to appear on the ground to Daveed's left.

Daveeds performs a quick weapon flurry, before turning to Epi.

"I don't suppose you can make that webbing disappear?"

Epicette dismisses the Web spell and, wherever the sound of impact or center point of blood came from, she send her hair to sweep for and constrict the figure once more.

with a slight wheeze, the corpse of a freshly dead orc appears in the center of the pool of blood, Epicette's hair wringing the last drops of life from the body.

Epicette looked somewhat startled: "Wasn't quite... expecting that."

As the extended portions of her hair shrivels away, Epicette runs Detect Magic in a full scan inside again, just to be sure. If nothing of importance shows, she then begins searching the dead orc for identification (and loot), asking Anevia to come in to see if she has any helpful insights as well.

After the web spell dismisses, Daveed gives the rest of the house a thorough searching for further shenanigans (Perception: 1d20+12= 32).

If he finds nothings suspicious, he tells everyone to come inside.

During the search of the house daveed and epicette find a small cache with 2 CMW potions and 3 Invisiblity potions. They find a letter from irabeth addressed to anevia attached to one of the potions.

Daveed takes the note to Anevia.

Anevia reads the note and is obviously heartened though she is still feeling very weak from the poison. "I know where Irabeth is." she whispers as tears form in the corners of her eyes. "Defenders Heart. It's just 30 minutes down the road. Irabeth said she left some potions to help me get there. Were you able to find them?"

Meanwhile Epicette finds the following on the Orc:
1 potion of Invis
1 Wand of Magic Missle (CL3, 11 charges)
42gp
1 +1 Ranseur of the gargoyle (+4 vs Disarm, 5/day gain +2 Nat AC for 1 round as a swift action)

200xp to all

"Yes, we did," Epicette goes back up to fetch the potions, before bringing it back down and gives it to Anevia.

"Defender's Heart is close. If there are other crusaders there as well, it would be good to link up with them. Let us depart immediately."

Before departure, Epicette drags the orc's body out of the house and away first, then close it up. Otherwise it's going to really stink by the time people return.

Malorix helps Epicette with the body before departing with the others.
