Mongrelman A resists the hex and takes a small scratch from the owl. Mongrelman B takes a crossbow bolt to the other shoulder and is looking fairly wounded but still up.

Millorn moves forward, incants a few words and two missles strike out unerringly towards mongrelmen B, dropping him.

Henric is up, followed by Malorix

Henric casts Color Spray (Will DC 15) forward, creating a hypnotically kaleidoscopic montage.

Reverie drops onto the ground, knocked unconscious by the blast of colors, and a yelp of horror escaped from Epicette's throat as she watched Henric knocked her familiar out with an attack from behind.

"Shit! Sorry, it'll be fine in a minute or so. Let's kill this dude quick!"

Malorix hears the yelp and sighs. "Might've known. They need rescuing already. Excuse me, Mr. Gwerm."
*Moves up to the rear of the party*

the display of colors hits the remaining mongrelman square in the eyes and he slumps over unconscious looking severely hit.

Cernandlon is up. then back to the top of the order with Epicette and Daveed.

the familiar will awaken in 7 more rounds and will regain sight in 11 rounds and motor control in 12.

Cernandlon moves up to the barrier (O10) and fires an arrow at the mongrelman.

the arrow goes into the mongrelman, somewhere in his chest region, and blood begins to pool around his crumpled form.

Initiative order is disbanded. actions?

Daveed returns the crossbow to Epi, noting that she'll probably need it more going forward. He then pulls out his shield and the morning star, and heads over to the door to have a listed.

Epicette runs to Reverie's unconscious form and hurriedly checks her vitals, then her body. An obvious breathe of relief escapes Epicette when she realizes that the owl was neither dead or injured, other than some scratches from crashing into the ground. Wiping her eyes, she cradles Reverie, awaiting the time it takes the familiar to revitalize. She takes the crossbow without even looking at Daveed, and generally looks completely oblivious to the rest of the party unless Reverie wakes back up.

Malorix strolls up to the party. "Ah, so you didn't need resuing after all. Excellent." He glances at the heartwarming scene of a girl and her owl. "Epi, is Reverie okay, or does she need healing?"

[Zanaikin]

Epicette shakes her head and remains silent for another minute, until there was movement from the owl in her arms again. "No... she's alright... just got knocked out."

"All right then. How'd that happen, anyway?"

[Laharl]

Henric walks over at that (and notices that Epicette is with us again). "That, Malorix, would be my fault. I cast a stunning spell at the remaining sentry and she was caught in it. Thankfully, the sentry succumbed as well. I'm really sorry, Epicette and...Reverie, was it?, and it won't happen again." He says doing his best to look as contrite as he feels.

(Dai, when you send your familiars out in combat, can you include them on the map?)
