day starting at midnight:
12 AM 5 hours sleep/spell prep/free time
05 AM 1 hour breakfast
06 AM 2 hours taking down camp
08 AM 4 hours marching
12 PM 1 hour lunch
01 PM 4 hours marching
05 PM 2 hours setting up camp
07 PM 1 hour dinner
08 PM 4 hours sleep/spell prep/free time
Night Watch:
Given their darkvision, the first descendants will take the night watch in 2hr shifts... so 12 men/shift, which will patrol the perimeter in 3 four-man groups.
Recommend Daveed to take the first 6hrs of watch command (since he has a Ring of Sustenance equivalent) and Irabeth to take the last 2hrs.
