updated feat list with several new combat feats as well as 2 racial feats each for fiendblooded and spiritfolk

Added new feats:
Armed Deflection, Artillerist, Canny Opportunist, Defensive Opportunist, Defensive Stance, Improved Chain Attack, Improved Critical Attack, Improved Smash Attack, Greater Teamwork, Shikigami Summoning

Added Feats: Casting Array, Cooperative Magic, Reinforced Wards, Slashing Dispel, Spell Guard, Spirit Boost
Changed Feats: Weapon Specialization, Greater Weapon Specialization, and Armed Deflection improved; WS and GWS will also make fighter levels a lot more valuable.
cooperative magic is the newest/rebalanced evolution of the old Faerun circle magicks and Penthiaen war magicks... still under balancing and obviously won't be seen anywhere except maybe in campaign fiction for a very long time.

Added Feats: Arcing Shot, Agent Network, Contact Network, Spell Acceleration, Greater Spell Acceleration
Changed Feats: Combat Reflexes now allows 1 free guard/AoO per round.

New: Fiendish Senses, Penetration Shot, Quicken Spell
Edit: Greater Alacrity now pairs well with Spring Attack; Fiendish Regeneration can now be penetrated by either chaotic or holy damage.
also added Tanuki to races (very simple) and Mass Production variant to Engineer class
