- Character Builder (think Redblade or PCGen) is in Closed Beta for subscribers and only lets you make characters up to level 3.
- Character Visualizer: yeah, that cool thing for making character portraits. NOT EVEN IN BETA YET!
- Dungeon Builder: Okay, this will be free for non-subscribers too. BUT NOT EVEN IN BETA YET!
- D&D Game Table: This was the big one for me. And over a year after we were shown screenshots at Gencon 2007...still nothing. No news on if it will be available for non-subscribers. No news on a beta. Just the same series of six screenshots. Seriously Wizards. WHAT. THE. FUCK.
ALL software is Windows XP/Server 2k3 (wtf wizards)/Server 2k8 (more wtf)/and Vista(ids) ONLY. Yeah, no Windows 2000, Mac OS <insert number here), Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows ME, Windows NT, and (i can't believe they even mentioned this) NO DOS. Oh, and of course no Linux. <mass sarcasm>Because as we all know nobody uses Linux.</mass sarcasm>
ALL software requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1. HELL, I didn't even know that there was a 3.5 yet, let alone a service pack.
