alright, time to start working on summer scheduling, for the sake of preventing any shouting matches between DMs due to player double-booking and excessive timetable hogging by any one game.

for any DM here who will be hosting a game with any player(s) from THIS BOARD after the date of May 5, 2008. Please post your scheduling information here! This, of course means group meetings, and also please drop a note about the hosting of any impromptu group meetings.
Of course, unofficial character discussions and impromptu 1-on-1 meetings will not be accountable for this.

for all purposes we should try to keep count of how many games each DM has hosted, thus WHEN a conflict over a contested time slot arises we can figure out who SHOULD get said slot. =P


NOTE: for those of you who might think this is too formal, scheduling is a huge thing for CS (CPE) majors. Without conditions, locks, semaphores, and all those scheduling algorithms your OS handles, your programs would be deadlocking each other too often to get anything done (since everyone want CPU-time).

next meeting for my game: Sunday May 11, expect to start somewhere early to mid afternoon. More exact time later.

you know it'll be the mission involving a hidden / invisible outpost, so try making whatever preparations beforehand and toss onto game thread.

okay, I'm thinking of having the meeting's official time of start be tomorrow (Sunday) at 3PM. There's still a bit of operational planning to be done before the 'actual mission' starts, etc.

If by 'next' you mean starting with 5/22, then my schedule looks like this:
R: Work full time, available after
F: See R, though I may be at my stepsister's graduation from UD, not sure on the date there
Sa: Firefly marathon?
Su: Free, to the best of my knowledge

If you mean starting 5/15, then it looks like this:
R-Su: Free, within reason (R is a little worse than the rest)

After thursday I am pretty much free anytime, aside from technically having to be in school until 3 or so.

I'm headin back to Charlottesville on either Friday or Saturday, not sure when yet, which makes me unavailable for the entire daytime that day (still good at night).

Not good on Sunday night, got stuffs monday.

Thursday: class til 1145
Friday: no class, might be doing directed study stuff
Saturday: dad in town at some time
Sunday: probable road trip to the nearest white castle (three hours away) to get 30 burgers, 5 french fries, and 4 large Cherry Cokes.

Free most nights. Thursday is scouts 6-9ish, Friday I'm going to a movie and then a church sleepover. Sunday is busy all day till like 8, with the possiblity of an afterparty. So I'd say best bet would be Saturday afternoon/evening.
