It was announced in the NYT first this time. It's about 2 years off and they claim they'll be going for an open playtest and a system that is somehow modular and maybe retrocompatible. Anyone hear anything else about it?

Re: New Campaign
Thieves, brigands, and ruffians? Low level, low magic, low political power, no worries about morality. Just what it says on the tin: PCs are bandits, robbers, extortionists, or cuthroats. Looking from gold from those that have it, fighting those that guard it, fleeing the law, rescuing caught comrad...

Re: Unknown Armies
Whether magic options are available of course depends on how much magic there will be in the game, and whether I use the default cosmology. Just throwing that out there. Unknown Armies
Who'd like to play in a game of Unknown Armies if I ran it? What sort of game/character would you be interested in playing?

Re: THE RESURRECTION!
Would anyone else be into a game of UA?
I might cut the canon cosmology, so it's really just a simple ruleset I can use to run folks through fucked up horror gaming.
Or I might stick with the world of pornomancers, cutters, and mystic hermaphrodites.
Depends on what people seem interested in.

Re: THE RESURRECTION!
Unknown Armies wasn't on the list because I think you and I are the only ones that have access to it. Yeah, but there really ain't all that much crucial info for character generation. It's just percentile skill/ability rules and doesn't even have a skill list. And with UA, the fewer people who have...

Too late to join?
Is skype a webcam thing? I may or may not be able to get my old webcam running on my new laptop. Not really sure.
Also, how was Unknown Armies not one of the options?

Re: Scheduling
Guess who missed his flight and won't even be in PA until 7:30 (which means 9 or 10 at the earliest, assuming my luck stays the same as it has lately)?
You guessed it. Me.
Goddammit!
