Anyway, I'm more worried about the sake bottle breaking en route than I am about customs. I'll declare it if need be, and I am in fact 21 anyway (birthday was last November) so I see no legal trouble. And I've wrapped almost all of my cllothes around the thing, so it's good and cushioned.

although I'd be more worried about the Sake if I were you ( unless you're 21 and I don't know it ), if that turns up in inspections it won't go favorably at all, and IIRC you must declare alcohol when going thru customs.
