While the Daylight is in effect, the wielder may activate the secondary power by speaking the command word as a standard action. Once activated, everything within the 60ft radius bright illumination of the Daylight effect can be seen as if all viewers were under the effect of a True Seeing spell. This effect lasts 1 minute and can be activated once per day. However, it may be activated one additional time during the same day for each True Seeing spell that is cast into Phalanx (overriding the normal targeting restriction of the spell).
reduced Heal to 1/day and Repair Critical Damage to 2/day to compensate
