You still haven't explained how that bonus exists... "divine power" isn't good enough =P.
You also have to give me an explanation on why it's balanced (which is reason I tend to base most things I design on something that already exists), cause in my opinion that bonus is way too ridiculous. The White Raven lvl8 stance only gives a tops of +5 and only against those you threaten...

This of course, also brings up the fact that Silver Knight's Glare may require some retooling. It's a morale penalty to an attacker, but most of the people I engage in combat tend to be commanders, which gives me the sneaking suspicion that it may not be quite as effective I'd hoped it would be.

As for a preliminary draft, let's try this:

Righteous Vanguard Stance (Devoted Spirit) [Supernatural]
Level: 9
Initiation: Swift
Target: All good aligned creatures within 30ft
Duration: Stance
Effect: All good aligned allied creatures attacking the same target receive a sacred bonus on attack rolls equal to +2/good aligned creature engaged with said target, to a maximum of +X (either 10 or 20, since you can really only cram so many warriors around a singe target before things start to get confusing)

It's a little rough, but it is a rough draft.

Again, thoughts? (Addressed to anyone who has ideas, not just the DM)

Cooperative is a pretty insane aura, although the main drawback was that is has limited use. Mind, I can still allow additional bonuses to be put atop, you just have to have a darn good reason for it, because that aura is the equivalent of everything coordination and teamwork has to offer (actually I've been thinking about it, but I might have to rule that Coordinate ability isn't does not work with Coordination aura). You're going to have to draft out what exactly are your thoughts before I can decide on anything more...

A stance that gives bonuses to attack.

Notes:

Probably a morale bonus, since, let's face it, Derovarr is a morale based character, then again since he's likely to have Mindblank up continually from now on, playing the religious card and going with sacred might not be a bad plan. Then again, it begets the question. Would Mindblank block morale based effects from maneuvers and abilities in additional to compulsions? I could makes the argument that since morale is such a vital aspect of the character design that Mindblank should not block it, but whatever. As with most of my abilities, the majority of aid is going to those around me.

Most likely require others to be near for it to be effect: maybe something that works in tandem with Cooperative Commander and/or aid another. It'll be level 9, so there's precedent for it to be be just that awesome.

Maybe something based loosely off of Wolf Pack Tactics (or whatever its called). Requiring participants to be flanking, and giving a +2 bonus/participant with flanking. Though, with that kind of setup, bonus begins to feel like of a circumstance bonus than a sacred one, which doesn't help me I would like it to stack with Cooperative Commander. Then again, given how insane that aura is alone, I have my doubts as to whether I'd be allowed to pull it off.

Any thoughts?

Granted Feat (Great Smiting/Smite/whatever-the-hell-its-called): Unlikely, but it certainly wouldn't stray far from the theme.

Greater Divine Blade: Technically this would be a legacy ability, but i doubt it would hurt to have an compliment ability to either boost the ability, or reduce its cost.

Superior Command Aura +2: I know, yeah right. But I thought I'd throw it out there any way.

Unbreakable: Make's Phalanx very hard to destroy through "mortal" means. Probably a boost to hardness and some energy resistance.

Undeniable Bond: Would allow me to receive healing and/or restoration from Phalanx despite the golem armor.

Note that Mind Blank is considered 'standard defensive gear' for high level chars, because scrying / compulsions on high level chars can often have deadly consequences.

I didn't even remember that Telepathic Bond might be an issue. I'm not sure if Mind Blank affects it: the descriptions of both spells are somewhat ambiguous (what a surprise). If it does, that might tip the scales against Mind Blank, since it is definitely vital for our commander to be in constant communication with his subordinates and to keep up in real time with the progression of the battle.

Regardless, not having Mind Blank definitely leaves a big hole in Derovarr's defenses. He's almost died once during our initial battle with Tristan when the lackeys used Find the Gap to deliver a series of Greater Insightful Strikes, and I'm sure no one wants a repeat of that.

1. Get more potions of Restoration. You only have one now, and a couple mid-level enemies dropping Bonesplitting Strikes could really hurt you.

2. Make Mind Blank a standard daily buff. Dai has ruled that it blocks Find the Gap, a spell that lets medium level assault mages and tanks pierce your golem armor with all sorts of nasty martial strikes and spells. Being able to use your full, not touch, AC in these situations is worth giving up +4 to attacks, saves, and checks.

for Templar, ignore the 'Smite Evil' replacement feature they have IF you already have Smite Evil (paladin/?) and simply gain Smite as normal, all smiting levels stack for damage in my game regardless.
this is so Templar doesn't penalize your smiting use just because you're a paladin (by reducing #ofsmites & smiting target consideration)

Special Abilities:
•When held by a good aligned wielder, Phalanx projects a magic circle against evil. This effect is automatically cancelled one round after the sword leaves the wielder’s hands.
•Light, command word activation as a move action.
•The wielder may resize Phalanx to a handaxe as a swift action.
•As a free action, the wielder may will the forward segment of the haft to spin about (does not spin the halberd head), which either lowers the banner or retracts it around the haft. The banners may only be lowered when the halberd is in its full size. When lowered, all allies within 30ft gains the bonuses of heroism (+2 morale bonus to attack rolls, saves, and skill checks). If an ally is already under the effect of heroism, rounds spent under the influence of this banner do not count against the effect’s duration.
