A few notes/recommendations marty:

Level4 spells requires DC45 to learn, not DC40... not that you can hit that on 'Take 20' yet either way.

Maneuvers have DCs to learn just as spells do, requiring either Martial Arts of Marksmanship checks. You definitely don't come anywhere close to meeting the DC45 to learn lvl4 maneuvers or DC60 lvl5 maneuvers yet >.> (heck even Lvl3 maneuvers are DC35)

You're diving into too many talents trees too deep and too early, imo... between the movement talents, opening up razor-mind, and arcane proficiency? seriously no wonder you're skill strapped at this level. Trying to do way too many things for a lvl6... personally I suggest holding back on one of these until a few levels later... but (shrug).

as I've mentioned, Profession(herbalist) is mostly dealing with the managerial duties of being a herbalist, so unless you actually use to own a shop or sell that trade (unlikely that people would be buying medicine from a fiendblooded), you don't really need it.

Do we HAVE to have a curse of sorts?

No; as I've told you before, your character would be able to find himself in Shikoku without having to go out of the way--- fiendblooded and all xP
