Part 3: Into the Citadel

Cernandlon moves into the room where most people are and shoots at T3.

With the party healthy, the hall blocked by the tentacles, and the enemy out of range, Malorix decides to see what's behind door #5.

"Well so much for keeping them from warning the rest. Should I dismiss the spell once everyone is in position or should we keep them blocked off from this section for a while?"

Epicette sticks her spear in T7's heart (CDG for 13 dmg = DC23 fortitude save)

Henric moves into the room with the others (move to BU41) and casts Shield on himself (8 min duration).

Henric's spell goes off without issue.

T3 cries in pain as Cernandlon threads his arrow through the mass of tentacles and hits the tiefling in it's leg.

Daveed makes it through the room without incident.

Epicette's spear strikes true and T7 ceases to move.

Malorix opens the door and finds the room full of Dire Abyssal ... food stuffs.

T1 cowers,
T2 is dead
T3 struggles uselessly
T4 struggles uselessly
T5
T6
T7 is dead

Round 7!

Daveed pushes past door 9. Shield readied.

[Laharl]

Henric lines up a shot behind him, in case anything comes into view.

(Readied Action to shoot a Lesser Orb of Acid at the first enemy I see.)

Malorix joins the rest of the party near the southern doors... and.... that's about it, really.

Cernandlon draws another arrow and moves to catch up with the rest of the group, shooting another arrow at T3 as he did, probably missing.

Epicette moves north to get some sight on what's down that hallway. Assuming no new critters come in view, she curses T5 with an Evil Eye hex (-4 to attack rolls and CMB; mythic for 1 rnd, then auto effect for 1rnd, then Will DC21 for 7rnds)

Daveed opens the door and sees a sort of common room area. There are no enemies in the area but you can hear some shouting through the southern doors (Nothing distinguishable).

Henric sees no one to target with his acid.

Cernandlon's arrow is accidentally batted away by one of the writhing tentacles.

Malorix catches up with the group.

Epicette catches T5 with her evil eye hex and the 3 grappled tieflings cry in pain.

T3 manages to wriggle free of his tentacles and begins making his way away from epicette, but before he gets out he is captured again.

T4 struggles uselessly against the tentacles.

T5 manages to pull his arms free of the tentacles but the effort lands his torso in the grip of two other tentacles (good use of Evil Eye, would have gotten out otherwise)

Round 8! Go!

On his turn, Daveed looks towards Cernandlon and says, "Keep watch on this door. I hear more shouting to the south."

Afterwards he, crosses the hall and pushes open door 7.

Daveed pushes open the door and finds a kitchen. It is currently devoid of people.

Henric moves into the kitchen to look around.

EDIT: There are various stone jars labelled "X Pudding" for X in ["White", "Black"," Green", "Tan", "Blue"], sealed like mason jars. Henric goes and examines the Tan Pudding jar more closely.

The jars are about 2ft tall and 1ft diameter. In addition to the jars, Henric also sees a dozen pentagonal shaped loaves of bread, some barrels of some form of dried meat, a basket of deviled eggs, a basket of what appear to be GIANT oranges.
