Epicette examines them for a moment before noting solemnly: "they've only been killed 5 days or so ago. Must have been caught during the last demon offensive. I think we should get them down, and give them a proper burial when we finish cleaning out this place."
She also Detect Magic scans rest of the room just in case of anything notable. If the detect magic comes out clean, check the cabinets and stuff.

You open the door and see two ghouls in front of you as well as a horned and winged humanoid with a strange mace looking weapon and glowing red eyes staring you down. The room itself seems to be the sleeping area as there are some beds behind you enemies.
